The Led Zeppelin Red Snapper Incident
It really isn’t brought up in every day conversation, but I think that it is an interesting story for all fans of Zeppelin to know.
In July 1969, Zeppelin was in Seattle with the band Vanilla Fudge to play a show at the Seattle Pop Festival. They were at the Edgewater Inn, and could actually fish right from their balcony.
Well, they caught a red snapper at one point, and stuck it in the vagina of one of their groupies. According to those there, it was just the nose, but nonetheless it is a crazy rock story.
The girl wasn’t raped or anything. Some say she even liked it. Who knows? The point is, Zeppelin was crazy as hell.
